Mark Tornai, the company founder, President/Chief Executive Officer, is a retired United States Marine Corps Officer who has a combined 20 years of Acquisition and Life Cycle Management experience, both in and out of uniform. MLT Systems professional employees work with our customers to develop program strategies that will allow them to increase project performance.
